Make the beer bar your own space

At FAM333, we offer exclusive venue rental services. The space is fully equipped with a large 50-inch TV monitor, free Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth surround speakers. It's perfect for private parties such as girls' nights, parents' gatherings, fan meetups, or small-scale live performances. At least one staff member will be on-site during your reservation to assist with your event and serve food and drinks.

Pricing

All-you-can-drink covers craft beer plus wine, whisky & highballs, non-alcoholic beer and soft drinks. Non-beer drinkers are on the same plan.

Terms of Use

We do not rent to individuals or groups associated with organized crime.
The venue cannot be used for filming or photography of adult content (including sexually explicit or violent material).
The interior is strictly non-smoking (Outdoor smoking area available).
The use of items that emit strong or foul odors is prohibited.
Our staff will be on-site during the rental period.
Access to the kitchen equipment is generally not permitted.
Please ask our staff if you need to reheat food or beverages you have brought in.
Customers are required to take home any oversized trash or industrial-type waste.
Please call us by the day before your reservation for any cancellations.
No cancellation fee applies if cancelled by the previous day; same-day cancellations will incur a 50% fee.
